✨Booking Policy ✨ Service Payment • Full payment is required at the time of booking and a card must be on file. • Buy Now, Pay Later options are available for services over $50. Please contact the salon before booking to process this option. Grace Period • Life happens and we understand. You have a 10 minute grace period from your scheduled appointment time. 48 Hour Notice & Payment • Appointments must be confirmed and paid in full at least 48 hours in advance. Unconfirmed and unpaid appointments will be automatically canceled after this timeframe. Thank you for respecting our time and schedule. Extra Guests • No extra guests are allowed in the spa. For safety, children are not allowed in the spa whatsoever. Treatment Table Policy • For safety, my esthetician bed has a strict 375lb weight limit. By booking, you confirm you meet this requirement. Unfortunately, clients exceeding this limit cannot be serviced. Respect & Understanding • We understand emergencies happen. Cancellation Policy
• We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment using the link sent via text and email.
• Only one reschedule allowed per appointment within the 48 hours notice. Failure to attend rescheduled appointment will result in a 100% retainer fee of scheduled service.
• Appointments booked same day/less than 48 hours can not be cancelled or rescheduled.
• If you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, a 100% refund will be issued to the card on file.
• Same day cancellations and no shows will result in a 100% retainer fee of the scheduled service.
• Failure to adhere to these policies will result in being banned from booking future appointments.
